What is the process to place an order?
We are able to receive orders via email, spreadsheet, or API.
How should I send you my logo or image for customization?
Send what you have and we can prep the file for production.
Can I see a sample or sketch before formalizing the contract for my customization project?
Yes, we are able to digitally proof and sample depending on your requirements.
Do you digitize files? If so how much?
We are happy to offer digitizing services. We charge $30 for file setup and this includes a physical stitchout.
How should I send you my logo or image for customization?
Send what you have and we can prep the file for production.
Can I cancel or adjust my order?
Yep. Prior to production, you can adjust your order at any time. However, once any items have been decorated with your designs, logo, etc. –adjustments and cancellations, unfortunately, can no longer be accepted.
Do you all provide proofs prior to production?
Our art department always provides a digital proof to your sales representative, who will be the one responsible for reviewing and receiving your approval prior to production.
What about samples? Do you provide those?
Of course! If you prefer to see a sample prior to full production, just contact your Alluvion sales representative and request them. Just to let you know: depending on production cost of the sample, additional fees may incur.
Ordering Process
What is your average turnaround time?
We consistently strive to maintain a 10 day turnaround. Depending on the time of year, we can go faster and will always try to accommodate event dates.
What is the minimum and maximum size you can embroidery?
We can embroider small logos on socks all the way up to a full back design.
How many colors can my embroidery design have?
All of our machines are late model Tajima, the industrial standard in embroidery and have 15 needle heads. Each needle is designed to be a unique color.
What kind of threads do you use in your industrial embroidery?
We stock over 400 colors of Madeira thread but can custom order any color or brand if we don’t have a perfect match.
Can you embroider on the side of caps?
Yes, our equipment is prepared for side and back embroidery. We even have tricks to embroider on mesh.
Are there products that you can not embroider?
Yes, there are limitations to embroidery but don’t worry. Our expert team can guide you to a different in house decoration technique.
Shipping & Delivery
Is there a minimum order?
No, our decoration techniques have relatively low setup costs so there are no minimums.
What is the average delivery time?
Because we are centrally located ground shipments from our facility will be received in 2-3 days.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Production times are going to vary depending on things like quantity, complexity of design, etc. Also, the number of days involved in delivery across shipping providers are slightly different.
But, we are committed to accurately producing your order and getting it out the door as fast as possible. Just know that our sales reps are always here to help you select the best shipping methods for your project’s needs.

How can I track my order?
Once you are set up as a customer you will receive your own database that will be constantly updated with status, tracking, and helpful metrics.
Does Alluvion ship internationally?
We do offer shipping and delivery to numerous locations internationally. Your Alluvion sales rep will be able to tell you whether or not we can ship to your specific international destination.
Payment
How do you calculate what you charge?
Our pricing is based on units and stitch count.
What forms of payment does Alluvion accept on orders?
We accept checks and most major credit cards. Ask your sales representative for details on opening your account. Credit applications and credit checks may be requested.
