Our shop has 54 embroidery heads (for now), 3 shifts running at all times, our own custom project management tech and virtually every single color of thread available under the sun.

Direct-to-Film (DTF) Printing

Save your business time & money by using the Alluvion Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing service. DTF allows us to print your design on a film that can be applied directly to (almost) any surface. And while you’re saving time & money, you’re also saving the planet by choosing an eco-friendly process that’s better than screen-printing in every possible way.

Heat Transfer

Need us to also apply your custom DTF? We can do that. Heat transfer vinyl (HTV) is another eco-friendly option we use in place of screen printing here at Alluvion.

Heat Transfer is more suitable for smaller production runs. We also offer name and number applications for athletic uniforms. Your design is created, either cut out – or printed – and then applied to your garments with our heat presses.

Lasered Patches

For the times that you want to you want to add a little more to your decoration than just thread or digital printing, we got the lasered patch option for you. These bad boys can either be laser cut or laser printed and sewn directly onto garments for a completely different vibe than the options above.

We can even laser non-garments too! So be sure to ask us about that.

At Alluvion, our new Third-Party Logistics (3PL) services cater specifically to brands and factories that not only want to offer their customers the best quality in custom-decorated products but they want to do it without investing all kinds of their own cash into expanding their factory or office or warehouse-footprint in the process.

With Alluvion being centrally located in the heart of the Midwest, we can literally ship anything anywhere in the country in 3-days or less. Plus, the lower cost-of-living compared to major coastal markets allows us to be more-than-extremely competitive with our price model.

After we hit it out of the park with our decorating services, Alluvion can now shift to things like inventory management to order fulfillment and shipping; handling the logistics of your garments from start-to-finish so you can focus on creating more exceptional products that we’ll also be happy to handle for you when they’re ready!
